Storytelling, 67 minutes of incredible wrestling and two men in their prime showing us that wrestling on the independents was that much better than the big company. It gave way to All In, which gave way to AEW, which has been the undisputed best wrestling for 6 years now.

This is what you want to see from Alexis Lafrenière. The little things like this are what make the difference to get to that next level. It’s all about nose to the grind and the consistency. We’ve seen it more from Lafrenière this season. #NYR

I love stuff like this. Wrestlers having fun and making each other corpse is fun. Wrestling is entertainment and it’s supposed to be fun and have some lighthearted moments. This reminds me of something the late great Dusty Rhodes would’ve done.
