‘What The Chair Knows’ This is the first of a four part insight into our Wheelchair Rugby League programme at Salford RLFC Foundation. Head Coach Dave Abel shares his reflections on Wheelchair Rugby League and its’ life changing impact on people.

Our Wheelchair First Team are taking on Leigh Leopards tomorrow evening. Head Coach Dave Abel has named his squad for the the local derby, which takes place at Eccles 6th Form College, kick off 7:30pm

Head Coach Dave Abel has named his squad to travel to Hull KR for tomorrow’s Confetence North clash. Kyle Phillips has been called up to make his debut for the team.

We have another Wheelchair Team Double Header tomorrow! Tomorrow both our Wheelchair First Team and Reserve Team are in action at @EcclesSFCollege The First Team take on @WarringtonRLFC at 1:30pm before the Reserve Team play against Gravesend Detonators team at 3:00pm

All of the staff and volunteers at the Salford RLFC Foundation are looking forward to the Foundation Takeover game on Sunday! Throughout the day, we will be showcasing the range of programmes we deliver to achieve our vision of empowering better lives through Rugby League.

Wheelchair Team Double Header tomorrow! Tomorrow both our Wheelchair First Team and Reserve Team are in action @EcclesSFCollege. The First Team take on @hullkrofficial at 1:30pm before the Reserve Team play against @WiganWarriorsRL at 3:00pm. Free Admission, all welcome!

Wheelchair Head Coach Dave Abel has named our Reserve Team squad to take on Wigan Warriors tomorrow afternoon. Kick off is at 3:00pm at Eccles College.

Our Wheelchair Reserve Team lost out to Castleford Tigers in a close game on Saturday. Skyava Abel scored 3 tries, with Junior Abel scoring 2 goals. Mila Nathaniel was named Player of the Match.

A second half comeback fell just short as our Wheelchair First Team were pipped by Widnes Vikings in the second game of our double header on Saturday. Mark Riley scored 3 tries, Dave Abel scored 2 tries and 4 conversions. Wyatt Jones was named Player of the Match.

A fantastic result for our Wheelchair Team this afternoon with a victory in their Conference North fixture at @WarringtonRLFC . Tries from Mark Riley (2), Dave Abel and Wyatt Jones, with 3 conversions from Dave Abel. Player of the Match was Mark Riley.

Thank you to our Wheelchair Team players and coaches who put on Wheelchair Rugby League exhibition prior the @Salford_RLFC game. There was also the opportunity for fans to take part in the coaching session. It was great to see @MasonCatonBrown putting his skills to the test.
