I’m sure I’ll get raked over the coals for this too, but honestly this bit sounds like the stereotypical “shouting asian” voice like in the episode where Homer eats the Fugu. Or the Japanese guy in the South Park ep where he fights w/ Tuong Lu Kim. Apu NEVER sounded like that.
