It's a doctored version of a 2012 BuzzFeed hypothetical based on exit polls, showing what the election would look like if only white voters (men and women) participated—not taxpayers. The original used racial demographic data from CNN polls; the "taxpayers" label and 97/441 electoral vote split were added later. No verified data supports this as a taxpayers-only scenario.
