Alignment rod tells me the diameter is slight oversized and a bit off center when threaded but the rod can slide through. Either this ends up being nothing or a horrible catastrophe. Anyways hope I can test it next week

This boy is thiccccccccccc. Some might even say... Girthy af! 🤣 It's way bigger than I thought it would be, like the description totally didn't do it justice, I thought it would be regular sized and then BAM! I was surprised when I saw just how big it was in real life!
If there is one thing I hope for this weird NFA noncompliance limbo thing it’s that we get a lot of good data from people making printed suppressors. I also feel like it’s going to bring a lot of people who haven’t touched their printer in years back to printing
While I’ve been struggling with nylon this also can happen with all filaments. Wet PLA is also horrible to print with and should also be dried. I remember in the earlier days eSun filament would always ship wet for me and only till I got a filament drier it finally printed well
Unsurprisingly this drying method worked more than fine and my only issue rn is that my PA6-CF seemingly over extrudes way more than it should. Once I simply lowered flow rate by a lot it prints like a dream but still oddly over extruded and under extruded. Still need to figure out why that is since these PETG-CF print like a dream without any real tweaks with the stock .4 nozzle preset on a .6 nozzle with .3 layer hight. The settings aren’t as important at least for PETG and I’ve learned it carries over well to PA6-CF once I lowered the flow rate to 89% (no real test just lowered it manually during a test print till I saw it no longer over extruding). I could run some more calibrations to truly dial in my settings but PA6-CF is expensive and till I function check my prints I’m going to accept that it’s probably good enough

I was reliably told by @PrintsandtheRev that this will run like a charm in PLA Pro (I wasn’t)
