My coworker would not cooperate during my tournament of books read aloud today. I guess this was her way of asking me if she could still be my dog.

Today's March Madness read aloud was Saving Fiona. After listening, Ss enjoyed a virtual field trip to the @CincinnatiZoo where they got to see how much Fiona has grown & were able to learn more about her from her caretakers. #DistantLearning

Thanks to my friend Jamie and gorilla expert Chris, my Ss had a mini virtual field trip to go along with our read aloud today. Jamie “translated” a message from the gorillas to keep reading even though #Covid_19 is keeping us from school. @NCZoo #bookpusher @hellojenjones 🦍📚❤️
