This is hilarious 🤣 and sadly true. I researched @crowdhealth for a few years before switching. It’s been as advertised. I wish I had switched a long time ago!

If only there were a non-toxic, encapsulated dye that could be any color on the color wheel and could be “turned off” with a single laser treatment. 🤔
Your tattoo isn’t just decorative ink: it’s a permanent trigger that keeps your immune system locked in a lifelong cycle of chronic inflammation. As soon as the ink is injected into your skin, your body recognizes the pigment particles as foreign invaders. Immune cells called macrophages immediately swarm the area and attempt to swallow them up. But because they can’t actually break down the ink, the macrophages eventually die, releasing the pigment back into the surrounding tissue, only for a new wave of macrophages to arrive and repeat the process. This endless cycle is what keeps the tattoo permanently visible, while also maintaining a state of ongoing, low-level inflammation in the skin. Over time, some of these ink particles migrate through the lymphatic system and accumulate in the lymph nodes, placing constant stress on the body’s defense mechanisms. Emerging research suggests this internal ink buildup may interfere with normal immune function, potentially reducing the effectiveness of certain vaccines, including mRNA types. Additionally, many tattoo inks contain heavy metals like nickel and cobalt. Combined with the chronic inflammation, this has been linked to a modestly elevated risk of lymphoma and skin cancer. While tattoos remain a powerful form of self-expression, they represent a complex, decades-long biological conflict between your immune system and foreign substances embedded in your skin. 🎯 Buying a home is a bad move in many (if not most) circumstances.
David Friedberg explains that owning a home is worse than investing in stocks Calls it the "Great lie" FRIEDBERG: "This is one of the great lies. Convincing everyone that the great American dream is to own a house. When owning a house for a lot of Americans ends up putting all your capital in one asset, and you've got to basically get the price of housing to go up every year to keep everyone moving up the ladder." "So now, fast forward 30, 40, 50 years, young people can't afford to buy a house anymore because we've pushed the asset value up so much to try and make sure that everyone's got good household wealth." BARTLETT: "We are told. I mean, that's the sort of central idea once you leave university—is to figure out how quickly you can get a mortgage or buy a house." FRIEDBERG: "Great lie. It's one of the great lies. And there's a lot of countries where people have been able to accumulate capital and jump that ravine from labor to capital much more quickly when they don't buy a house because they can invest in stuff. They can buy, you know, the S&P 500, which you can just buy on an E-Trade or Robinhood account, and you can just own it; on average, it will make you 10-11% a year. You just put your money in that, you're making 10-11% a year, and it can go up every year, and you don't have to pay taxes. You don't have to pay property tax. You don't have to pay insurance. You don't have to deal with repairs and maintenance. All that sort of stuff. So, a lot of people would have been better off, depending on the markets that they're in. There's some markets that ballooned, but a lot of people would have been better off over the last 30 years actually owning the S&P 500 than owning their home and paying for the rent on a home."

Thank you to my family, coaching friends & their families for celebrating my induction into the 2026 Ohio Lacrosse Hall of Fame. These people (and many others) were the “right partners” who elevated me throughout my coaching career. My speech: youtu.be/-IFr4rQsNf0

The great lie is that society is divided between rich and poor. The great truth, as David Friedberg puts it, is makers vs takers. Makers build, create, and deliver real value: houses, software, art, businesses, and everything that moves civilization forward. Takers watch, criticize, analyze, and politic. They push the lie that the rich hoard unfairly so the poor must seize it… all while positioning themselves to rule the chaos. As @friedberg tells his kids: “At the end of the day, if you made something and someone else valued it, you were a maker. That was an amazing achievement. That is a great day.” Takers thrive on division. Makers drive progress. Time to choose your side.

The AI infrastructure boom is generating strong demand for skilled blue-collar workers. In fact, there’s a shortage of electricians, fiber technicians, and mechanical tradespeople needed to build and maintain AI data centers. Meta’s new $115M America’s Workforce Academy provides paid training plus job guarantees for exactly these roles. This is the kind of practical jobs training program that we need more of.

I’m incredibly humbled and grateful to be inducted into the Ohio High School Lacrosse Hall of Fame. I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by extraordinary people throughout my lacrosse journey. I share this honor with the coaches who were true partners, players who trusted us, families who supported the process, trainers, administrators, and the many mentors who shaped my journey along the way. To the incredible coaches who stood beside me throughout my years at Jerome, Titanium, and Under Armour - thank you. None of this would have been possible without your friendship, loyalty, hard work, humor, and time invested in our players. The best reward of my lacrosse journey has been seeing so many former players thrive beyond the field. Thank you to everyone who was part of the ride. I’m deeply appreciative of all of you and incredibly thankful for the impact you’ve had on my life.

It’s hard to believe that Teddy has passed. No one has had a larger impact on the sport of lacrosse in Ohio. I was fortunate to have coached many great games against Ted’s @UAMensLacrosse teams while at @SciotoLAX and @djmenslax. He was always classy and gracious in victory and defeat (and he won far more than he lost). Ted’s passing is a massive loss for the Ohio lacrosse community. He was the GOAT.
It is with immeasurable sadness that we announce the passing of Coach Ted Wolford. Teddy was a coach, a mentor, a husband, a friend, and will always be- a legend. Please keep his wife Vickie, all of his siblings, and the 3132 family in your thoughts and prayers. …
