I don't really understand what's going on anymore. Starting to see why people are saying that there's no connection with the team this season
What a leadership group
Good luck, Sam 💙

I asked this question over the summer and now I’ll ask it again, how can a DOF entrusted with reshaping a whole football club carry out such an important role tapping at a keyboard 200 miles away from Roots Hall in Sheffield? #southendunited #shrimpers #nationalleague
So he was available for loan? 🤣
Good luck, Harry 💙

🇸🇪 It was a familiar sight in Sweden last night as Abdul Abdulmalik was once again left on the bench for Djurgården.
Since joining the #Allsvenskan club in August, he has had just 30 minutes of league action, remaining as an unused sub on six occasions.
Hopefully we will see more of the 23-year-old winger soon!

For the second season in a row Southend have 29 points from 16 games. Blues have scored 12 more goals compared to this stage this season but defensively big difference. Blues had let in 12 goals at this point last season, already at 27 this season. Southend didn’t concede their 27th goal of last season until March.
The more I think about, the more I wonder why Taylor hasn't been tried in midfield, sitting in front of the back 4

So we've been defending sith 4 (2 CBs and 2 CMs) of late....
No wonder why we are getting torn apart when the two midfielders are Hartigan and Oldaker 🤣🤣

Quickly changed his tune after the cup game when all he boasted about was being third in the league so shut up and be happy about it 😂😂😂

Now just 1pt better off than the same stage last season. 3pts off 8th in both cases, except we’re now 15pts behind 🐗🪵, as opposed to 9pts off top last year.

Genuinely getting boring in a hurry. You cannot even get excited when we go in front because you know what’s coming, it’s not a shock anymore. We need four goals to have a chance of winning a game
In the last three we have taken the lead six times and come out of it with 2 points.
Unacceptable
