Dear Playasia community, Just a bit of an update from our side. We've been back online for a good week now. It took the attackers less than two hours to come knocking again, attempting to probe our platform. Thankfully, our security measures held up and their attempts were unsuccessful. As you may have noticed, we've temporarily pulled down our blog. It runs on a separate third-party platform that also needs to undergo our security audit as part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our systems. While none of the information published on the blog is secret, of course - it's a blog after all - the platform itself still needs to meet the same security standards we're putting in place across Playasia. It just goes to show that these attacks continue relentlessly, and that those behind them keep looking for different ways to get through. Our team has been working day and night, keeping watch and thwarting attempts to compromise our systems. We're starting to settle into the mindset that this may well be the "new normal" in an age where technology, including AI, can be weaponised in the wrong hands and cause havoc across the globe. Rest assured, we put you, your personal data, and of course, your desire for gaming as our very top priority - just as we have for the past 24 years. And we'll continue doing everything in our power to keep those MOFOs locked out of our community. As we're ramping our digital business back up these days, stay tuned! You'll see more and more items and services coming back online every day. I truly appreciate all the support this community has given us, and all the encouraging comments and messages I've received. The outpouring of positivity has meant a lot to me personally. It really helped the team and me hang in there, pick ourselves up, and get back on our feet after the initial attacks. Our anniversary is coming up soon. And much to the demise of our attackers, it won't be our last either! We built this great community together, and we won't let anyone take it from us. We've been here for more than two decades, and we'll remain here for decades to come. Bring it on! 💪🏽 Jan
