Sometimes... the villains write themselves.
Happy 39th birthday to the engine of this groundbreaking story, to the man who started it all in my head close to a quarter century ago. The man who became known as the Architect. #BookAuthors #villainera #OC #characters #bookish
All the feels! Thanks, @CourtSunnyYay!

Describe my book poorly? Genius psychopath gets pissed at the US so he causes a massive rolling blackout, gets bored afterward, and picks a fight with a former cop. π€·πΌββοΈ
#writingcommunity Guys, should I take a break from writing for a week or so? I have been going full speed ahead on Pt. 1 of Book Three of my stort and I am feeling the beginnings of burn out... and I don't want to feel the beginnings of burn out. What do you all do when you need to step away, and does it help keep your writing/story strong instead of trying muscle through the burn out? Thanks! π

So, #writingcommunity, how is your July going? I think I am about done with all this BS. Marketing doesn't work, advertising doesn't work, so I am just going to publish all of them and then say sayonara because I am burnt out. βπ»
Word to the wise, folks, if someone does not ask for an opinion on content or possible reasons of why sales are flat (we all have slumps for any nunber of reasons), please refrain from offer them. They are no help and often alienate potential readers because one person's preference might not be another's problem. Keep comments on topic instead of providing criticism where it is not asked. Thank you.

Given the ideological/political/agenda-driven motivations of reviewers today, it means you've probably written a masterpiece.

The overhwelming support and understanding from the #writingcommunity has been so humbling. Thank you! I am still so new to navigating these murky self-published waters. π«‘
Good news. You did not get your first 1-star review. What you got was a 1-star "drive by" rating. (Happened to me, too. Probably happens to all of us.)
And you don't have to think that you're "a real author now..." because you became that the day you sat down and wrote your book. Do you know how many people dream of doing what you've already done?
Wishing you the best, and continued success with your writing. πππ
