From time to time I like to remind people to appreciate what we have.
None of us have to be here.
No one is being forced to live in Praetoria.
All the way to the top, our CEO @mccoy2016 does not have to work @splinterlands.
Dave is an example of a hard core loyal player who can now make an impact on a management level that works daily for OUR success.
Some people may not know all the background, but lets just say that Dave Mcceo does not NEED to lead Splinterlands. He chooses us because of his pure passion and love for the game.
Same for @rollingotb and all the rest of the team, all who have taking massive pay cuts but choose to stay.
We can extend this sentiment to all of us players who have chosen to ride out all the up and downs of the past few years.
Being here is a choice.
Personally I think its a brilliant choice.
I could be right or wrong, but either way we will all find out together.
In the meantime, please be nice to your fellow players and especially the team who is choosing to be here and fight for success for YOU

Now sticker creators get 80% of the rev share split and the DAO gets 20%. ( an increase from the previous 50 50 split.)
It is now even more profitable to create approved stickers.
Every player in @splinterlands should consider making sticker submission. This adds to the depth of our culture and fun while providing a financial benefit for yourself and our DAO.

One day, people might look back at Splinterlands and wonder how they missed what was being built right in front of them. ๐ฅ
Just my opinion, but I genuinely believe we've built one of the most underrated gamified DeFi ecosystems in the world. I'd put what we've created up against 99% of DeFi projects out there.
Think about it. $SPS staking. Land ownership. Resource production. Governance. Real utility. All connected to an actual game with a living, breathing economy.
This is DeFi you don't just invest in. You play it. You build it. You compete in it. You own a piece of it.
I think of players like @DigitalLandGuy, @Goldmatters_, @bravetofu, @JeffOpensCards, Vugtis, and so many others as the early believers who recognize the potential of what we're building.
They see something I believe the rest of the world hasn't caught on to yet.
And with what's coming to land over the next year, I think a LOT more people are going to understand just how freaking cool this ecosystem really is.
We have the technology. We have the vision. We have the talent. And most importantly, we have an incredible community building this future right alongside the team.
We're not just gamifying DeFi. We're building an entire gaming economy where playing, collecting, building, and ownership all come together.
We have what it takes. And I believe 2027 is going to open a LOT of eyes.
