If you've spent years building an #adultwebsite, don't wait until you're ready to quit before thinking about an exit strategy.
The best sales are usually planned, not rushed.

I've seen business negotiations go back and forth over relatively small amounts of money. Sometimes it's not even about the money anymore, both sides just want to feel like they got a good deal.
That's where a broker needs to get everybody back to what actually matters: Getting the deal done!
Are you still seeing much traffic from smaller affiliate websites or has most of that business moved to larger platforms and other channels?
Here’s one of our latest blog posts: adultsitebroker.com/investin…
I read an interesting article about how AI is changing content piracy. We're not just talking about somebody downloading a video and uploading it somewhere else anymore: Bots, scraping and AI make protecting content a much bigger job.
If you own a content library, that's something worth watching.
I've noticed something about Mondays:
You start the day with a perfectly reasonable list of things to get done. Then the phone rings, somebody needs something, an email comes in... and suddenly it's Tuesday's list 😄
Hope everybody has a good week!
Kink .com and Sportsheets have both recently won trademark cases involving copycat websites. It's a good reminder that a domain name and a recognizable brand have real value.
And if you've spent years building that brand, you certainly don't want somebody else trading on your name!
Sometimes owners ask me whether they should make a bunch of improvements before putting their website up for sale; my answer is usually that it depends 🤷🏻♂️
If you're spending $50k on something that buyers won't value, you may never get that money back. Let's look at the business first.
I saw an interesting discussion on @XBIZ about merchant category codes for adult AI businesses. You can have a great product and plenty of customers, but if your payment processing isn't set up correctly, you've got a problem.
I know it's not the most exciting part of running a business, but it's certainly one of the most important.

I’d like to thank Bruce and Adult Site Broker for handling our purchase of PornGames.tv.
It was an unusual deal with lots of stops and starts, but Bruce helped get it to the finish line.
It’s the second site I’ve purchased from them.
I’d recommend Adult Site Broker.

We've heard it all before, cam sites were going to change everything... Then tube sites... Then OnlyFans... Now it's AI.
My friend @RogerTPipe of ROG Reviews joined me on Adult Site Broker Talk, and we had a pretty interesting conversation about what AI could mean for the future of porn.

An example of how your money should move as an xxx creator: 💸 ➡️
Deposit 100% of your self employment income into a separate bank account
(Biz or personal, it just needs to be isolated)
Transfer 60% to your personal account
(Owners Draw)
- living expenses
- debt payment
- fun
- invest
Transfer 25% to high yield savings for taxes
Keep 15% in the bank account for business expenses (aka write offs). You can use an isolated credit card for biz expenses to collect points and pay it from your isolated business checking account
You can adjust the percentages but this is the general idea 💡 ✨

William’s wife started noticing how forgetful he was becoming.
Being the concerned wife, she convinced him to see a doctor.
William was a little worried when the doctor came in.
Sensing his patient’s nervousness, the doctor first asked what was troubling him.
“Well,” William answered, “I seem to be getting forgetful. I’m never sure I can remember where I put the car, whether I answered a letter, where I’m going, or what I’m going to do once I get there — if I get there. I really need your help. What can I do?”
The doctor thought for a moment, then answered in his kindest tone, “Please pay me in advance.”

An octogenarian who was an avid golfer moved to a new town and joined the local country club.
He went to the club to play, but was told there was no one to play with because everyone was already on the course.
He repeated several times that he really wanted to play.
Finally, the assistant pro said he would play with him and asked how many strokes he wanted for a bet.
The 80-year-old said, “I don’t need any strokes. I’ve been playing quite well. My only problem is getting out of sand traps.”
He did play well. Coming to the par-4 18th, they were all even.
The pro had a nice drive, got on the green, and two-putted for par.
The old man had a nice drive, but his approach shot landed in a sand trap next to the green.
Playing from the bunker, he hit a high ball that landed on the green and rolled into the hole. Birdie. Match and all the money.
The pro walked over to the sand trap where his opponent was still standing.
He said, “Nice shot, but I thought you said you have a problem getting out of sand traps.”
“I do,” replied the octogenarian “Please give me a hand.”
