The Fifth Circuit Court granted Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, US Treasury appeal to lift injunction. AICPA is pushing for delay.

So what happened - the @AICPA reported today that the Texas court injunction has been lifted.
This may not hold, and might get sorted out again, and I will keep folks up to date throughout the next week.
