Here is PD Eyke with Tom performing a perfect stand off. This is where the fleeing criminal is pursued by the dog and the criminal then gives up and surrenders. The dog is expected NOT to bite and detain the criminal until the handler arrives. 👏

Great team work tonight by Dogs, RPU & ARV's. A vehicle decides to make off from a marked Dog unit. The vehicle is stung by an ARV and RPU take over the pursuit. The subject then challenges PD RAZOR to a foot race down a dark lane. Not advisable. 1 in custody with drugs seized.

Some outstanding work by PD Reggie and his handler today after they assisted specialist Matrix officers search a wooded area following a firearms discharge. PD Reggie proved why our dogs are so valuable as he found a suspected firearm.
