✅ Positive Delta wave in II, III, aVF
✅ Isoelectric or +/- Delta wave in V1
👉 If these signs are present during #EPMap:
✔️ Check proximity to HIS!
✔️ Map from RA & assess the risk of HIS damage
✔️ High risk? → Map in Non-Coronary Sinus (NCS)
✔️ Keep this in mind for Parahisian AT/VT
