Hey everyone! I just received a message from YouTube saying that my new Gacha reaction channel is at risk of being demonetized for “Reused Content.”
I have one week to appeal, but I’ve never appealed a reused content decision before, and I honestly don’t know what to include in my appeal or how to approach it. I really don’t want to mess this up, especially since this is currently my only channel making money.
Are there any Gacha reaction YouTubers who have dealt with this issue and successfully appealed? I would really appreciate any advice on what to show in the appeal, what to say, and what mistakes to avoid.

I have deleted 95% of the videos on my channel
I put disclaimers on every video. That my channel is not made for kids.
I put a disclaimer on my channel description
I blured out all of the blood or violence from the 3 videos that remain on the channel.

You have forced my hand to delete 7 Years of hard work. And I did so because I thought I would definetely get my monetization back. This way my other channels would stop being demonetized due to "related channel"
But NO.
3 of my channels are demonetized stil for no valid reason.
I am losing out on more than $10,000 a month from this unfair demonetization.
YOU DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE OPTION TO APPEAL YOUR DENIAL.
I am tired for fighting for my monetization. I have been doing it for almost 9 months in the last year.
You already re-monetized me last time.
Restore my monetization again, because if I dont get my monetization soon, I will be suing YouTube for breach of contract, as my demonetization is extremely unfair and I have lost SIGNIFICANT portion of my income in this past year.

Same response over and over again, @TeamYouTube. It’s unbelievable that someone’s only income source can be taken away, along with previous months’ earnings, and then it’s nearly impossible to reach a real person for help or clarification.

but mine (@Zahard23_yt) + a few others are STILL demonetized since Jan, 2026. Zero strikes. Zero violations. Zero harmful content involving minors.
We use Gacha Life / Gacha Club + anime edits — how does that suddenly become “Misleading family content”? All my videos are 100% adult audience, never made for kids, never labelled “Made for Kids”. No real people, no strikes, ever.
Please do a real manual human review and #ReinstateAllChannels wrongly hit!

I’m also facing the same issue. My 3 original 3D animation channels have been demonetized for over 60 days despite being 100% original content (self-created characters, own voice, and licensed music).

YouTube removes the "harmful content involving minors" false flag from this creators account but still keeps him demonetized.
When he points this out, YouTubes response: Wait 90 days and reapply! This is YouTube in 2026.
@TeamYouTube @YouTube removed the warning on my channel for “harmful content involving minors” but they won’t reinstate my monetization and I can reapply in 90 days?!?

We have to spread awareness, this affects not just the Godzilla/Dinosaur community but animation in general. YouTube's AI moderation demonetized many animators because AI thinks animation is strictly for children and claims the channels have "harmful content with minors"
