Hey @ShopifyDevs @Shopify — 31 days. No approval, no rejection, no feedback on our app review.
We were forced to migrate after you deprecated our API method. 30+ merchants are blocked waiting for us.
Support says no escalation path exists. 😔 #ShopifyPartners #ShopifyDev
Update: 77 days still no approval.
Responded to reviewer questions on April 2nd within hours, Status reset. 35 days of silence since.
You asked us to DM you 46 days ago. Nothing came of it.
30+ merchants are still blocked. @Shopify @ShopifyDevs

Chase sided with the cardholder.
Visa has not responded to our escalation for over 3 weeks.

We submitted:
• FedEx signature proof
• Customer emails confirming receipt
• Proof of second order
Yet Stripe refused to file pre-arbitration, blocking us from Visa’s process.
@Stripe @StripeSupport @Chase @ChaseSupport @Visa @VisaNews @AskVisa
Then the customer filed “Item Not Received” disputes with:
• A Chase Visa
• A U.S. Bank Visa
Weeks after confirmed delivery.

✔️ Customer received the first package (signed FedEx POD)
✔️ Customer emailed us confirming receipt
✔️ Customer placed a second high-value order weeks later
All documented.
@Stripe @StripeSupport @Chase @ChaseSupport @Visa @VisaNews @AskVisa
This is how a customer ended up with $57,298 of merchandise AND a full refund, while Stripe, Chase, and Visa have not helped us.
We’re a small business — this loss is devastating.
