Pasito di Caluso is a rare sweet dessert wine from Piedmont in northern Italy, and it has layered honeyed, dried-fruit sweetness over the classic Caol Ila, while Lagrima is the sweetest style of white port and the cask brings a rich, fruity sweetness to the whisky.
