NEW GTA 6 STORY DETAILS:
- Rockstar wanted Lucia to be a protagonist who could stand alongside characters like Arthur Morgan and Niko Bellic while still feeling completely distinct
- Lucia was written with an immigrant background and conceived as having grown up around Newark/New Jersey, near Liberty City, before eventually ending up in Leonida
- Raul Bautista was created as an older mentor who brings Jason and Lucia into larger-scale criminal jobs and provides knowledge of Vice City’s criminal world
- Rockstar says Jason’s circumstances push him toward drug trafficking and bank robbery, although players will influence some of his choices
