I find the hades/castlevania “safe horny” discussion pretty interesting. Personally i love the hades art style/features/body types but the game definitely also feels like it fits in to a very “brand safe” type of horny that is very un-erotic.
It has me thinking a lot about my own art because I feel it fits in to a similar bucket of having very attractive women on paper but my posing/story decisions/ lack of vulnerability leads to it being so much less erotic than it could be
