Every year or so we have an internal discussion about whether our refund guarantee ("if you're not happy we don't want your money") is too generous.
Based on standard industry figures, we should have had 50+ customers angry enough at us over the years to initiate a chargeback.

When we started @AcademyofCode in 2014 we didn't have much of a thesis beyond "kids should have more opportunities to code". We had no particular plan for working with schools, and little understanding of exactly why schools weren't already doing more with tech. (1/23)
