👋Hey, I’m Lewis from England! After years in the online business space as well as in my own fitness journey from unhealthily skinny, I’ve seen ups, downs, and everything in between. I’m here to share my journey and build a community rooted in accountability. Read below👇... Who I Am - I’ve been around the block in online business ventures. From running a marketing agency, taking 17+ calls with 6-7 figure CEOs and closing none, to dabbling in stocks during the AMC/GME run - where I doubled my money in under 6 months (despite being down -39% at one point). I’ve been an appointment setter for multiple six-figure coaches, bringing in up to $38,000 in a single month, and started my own professional service business, making £7,983 in profit in the first 28 days and consistently hitting four figures per month… until I lost it all. Why I Made This Account - Through all this, I’ve realized it’s not about finding the “perfect” tactic, the smartest habit, or the next sales trick. What really matters is showing up every day, holding yourself accountable, and doing the work without putting it off for a “better time.” Even when I was 15, people told me to pursue coaching, and I’ve always wanted to do something like this. Now feels like the right time to bring that vision to life. What to Expect Here - I’m here to build a community of people committed to growth in every area - business, mindset, fitness, relationships, and more. When we improve one area, everything else rises too. Expect daily check-ins, goal-setting reminders, open discussions about goals, business, and growth, along with insights from my own experiences. This is a space for daily motivation and a chance to track your journey alongside others. Looking forward to growing with you all.

"And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music." - Nietzsche Not everyone will understand your path. That’s okay - keep dancing.

Most recent learn: If you're healthy, do everything you can to try keep it that way, as sometimes unexpected issues arise that you have no control over. The healthier you're, the better you can fight off those unexpected issues. Stay accountable with your health.

Winter is here. Cold mornings, dark nights. The excuses are louder now. “It’s too cold to get up.” “I’ll start fresh in January.” But this season isn’t the time to slow down - it’s the time to separate yourself. Show up when it’s hard, and you’ll thank yourself in the spring. Discipline doesn’t care about the temperature.

Don’t let the holidays derail you. It’s easy to lose yourself in the winter haze - comfort food, skipped workouts, holiday indulgence. You deserve to celebrate, but remember: A workout after the feast feels better than guilt. Small wins in December create big momentum for January. Stay accountable to your goals this season, you’ll step into the new year ready.

New Year’s resolutions are coming. Can you feel it? People promising to hit the gym 5 times a week, build their dream physique, and transform their lives - this time for real. January rolls in, gyms are packed. By February? 98% of them are gone. It’s the same cycle every year. Don’t be that person. Start now. Get ahead. Build the momentum before January 1st. When the New Year hits, don’t just start - be already halfway down the path and ready to keep going. Success doesn’t start on a Monday or January 1st. It starts the moment you decide to act.

Alex Hormozi just shared a photo from 2013 with the caption: "Your dots only connect in reverse." What a powerful, thought-provoking, and paradoxically simple yet complex statement. Life often feels overwhelming in the moment. Chaotic and unclear. But with time, things reveal themselves, and you only truly understand them in hindsight. I first heard a similar idea in a snippet from Jordan Peterson about four years ago. He explained how books, lessons, or ideas can seem confusing at first but later resurface with clarity when life gives you the context to understand them. This way of thinking has stuck with me. It’s a reminder that growth and knowledge often happen without us noticing. Until the moment we do. If you're going through a challenging, confusing, or painful time, remember this: It will make more sense in the future. The future you understands the present you. And the best part? You’re becoming that person

Controversial take: Boys being “bullied” in school for things they CAN control can be a positive. I know it’s not a popular opinion, but hear me out. Growing up, I was extremely skinny. So self-conscious, I kept my jacket on in the height of summer just to hide my noodle arms. One day in math class, a girl sitting next to me said, "Will you always be skinny?" My friend grinned. I laughed it off and replied, "No, not if I work out and eat right." It didn’t hurt. It never did. But it made me think. I went home that night, and something clicked. That comment sparked a decision: I was going to change. I started working out. Not just for bigger arms, but because I wanted to prove to myself that I could take control of my life. Building muscle became about more than aesthetics. It’s a sign of discipline, self-respect, and pushing yourself; mentally and physically. That comment? I still think about it on days I don’t feel like training. Not because it hurt me, but because it challenged me. I’m thankful for it. Does bullying have negatives? Sure. But for me, the positives far outweighed them. Sometimes, tough feedback can be exactly what we need. If you focus on what you CAN control, you win.

Stop waiting for the perfect time to start. No 'extra time' is coming. No magic opportunity will appear. The 'right moment' is a myth. The sooner you act, the sooner you'll build momentum. Hold yourself accountable today - it’s where success in all realms starts.

The sooner you stop blaming others for how you feel, the sooner you can build the connection you actually want. Focus on honesty, effort, and mutual growth. Relationships thrive when accountability starts with yourself and then coming together as a TEAM.

Something that has slowly hit me at the age of 23. That success in any realm is totally your responsibility. The sooner you realize that blaming time, money, or opportunity won’t get you anywhere, the faster you can focus on what you can control.

Every time you keep a promise to yourself: You build self-respect. You strengthen your mindset. You prove you’re capable. Start with something small today. A single rep, one minute of focus, one healthy choice. Momentum starts with accountability. Yes - it is also difficult.

2) Authenticity matters more than perfection. If you’re not showing up as you, trust will crumble.

3) Openness is non-negotiable. Share your feelings, even when it’s uncomfortable. Vulnerability strengthens connection. When you hold yourself accountable in a relationship, you build trust, respect, and a true partnership. Do you show up authentically in your relationships?

The best relationships aren’t effortless, they’re intentional. Something that I have really understood recently is that you intentionally build your relationship up, go through the thick and thin together. Only to come out the other side much stronger and closer.
