@SW_Help why are you filling trains at Waterloo with no air conditioning and no drivers in I imagine 35°.
It’s inhumane and a real H&s risk.
Just hold people on the concourse. It’s not difficult.
@SW_Help tonight I was on the 21.35 Waterloo to Woking train. Totally overcrowded and extremely hot - as a result a passenger standing next to me collapsed. Fortunately we were very close to Woking so she was able to be quickly removed from the train and given water / fresh air. – at Woking, South East

Why do @SW_Help trains sell first class tickets and allow anyone to sit in those compartments without any challenge The service was not declassified.
What was even more incredible was the guard suggested (there were no seats) that I ask / challenge people if I wanted to sit down – at Salisbury, England
