@NWPolice these four were spotted in the early hours of this morning wandering around the streets of Llanberis AGAIN. They have broken into several properties already. Is there any chance you can do something about this?
SheUltra Marathon completed. 31 gruelling miles on the Llyn Peninsular in absolutely stunning weather. Finished in 8 hours 39 mins. Already entered for 2025. Now to rest up.

Well this time next week I will be registering and picking up my tracker and bib for my very first Ultra Marathon. All being well I will be on the start line a week tomorrow for this awesome event in celebration of my 60th year on this planet.
RECOVER Pet CPR
It's really important that all first aid providers keep up to date within their field by keeping a portfolio of Continual Professional Development (CPD). Back in March I undertook the online RECOVER Pet CPR course.

Spent the morning volunteering with a small group of locals to improve the footpath to the Llanberis Waterfalls. Thanks to @BoulderAd for the loan of their whacker plate and a wheel barrow.

Smashed out a cheeky 20 mile run (well slow jog with walking) yesterday getting ready for the SHEULTRA marathon in April. Busy weekend with a Canine First Aid course on Saturday in Lancs then a long drive home on Sunday.

Smashed out an 18 mile training run yesterday getting ready for the She Ultra in April @Penllynultra Still experimenting with nutrition but the fruit and nut chocolate bar went down a treat.
