Heading to @ROKesports today to cover the Disney Lorcana Hyperia City 2-case tournament with a few friends you may know 👀. Event starts at 12:00 PM ET, but we’ll be on a few minutes earlier to talk about predictions, where the meta looks like it’s heading, and more! Links down below 👇
@ROKesports will be hosting the Twitch stream: twitch.tv/rokesports
I have way too many cards, so I built a place to track them.
Cords and Boards puts your collection in binder pages, tracks the cards you're chasing, and finds players near you to trade with in person.
Collection management is free. Always.
Lorcana first. Invite-only for now.

Life is too short to hold onto grudges or to focus on the wrong people. Focus on you, do what you are happy doing, surround yourself around good people and lastly just spread some love and you’ll get it back 10 times over. 🙏
Despite everything, you’re still you. 🫶
It’s actually an honor to have made @LorcanaHistory 🥹

Today marks my last day with @_proplaygames . When I look back on where I started to where I am, I recognized an immense amount of growth. Event production and marketing is a very demanding skill that demands adaptability and as someone who is typically type A, there was a lot of discomfort. However, I noticed that regardless of the challenges, the show must (and does) go on.
So thank you to the players, the fans, the commentators, and anyone that I’ve worked with. Your impact on my experience in this space is remarkable and I will continue to follow along as your stories develop as well.
The @DisneyLorcana production for Nationals this year is so inspirational. While my involvement with broadcast production is mainly behind the scenes, it’s really hard to figure out what’s next. I’m always exploring, finding ways to make the workflows easier to manage as a solo operator and it’s truly a challenge in enjoy trying to figure out.
My background in software development felt lacking with creativity, so when I initially became interested in broadcast, it was a natural way for my to pair what I know, what I enjoy, and what I want to do.
I look back to where I started and where I am today, and while it’s not exactly as glamorous as being in front of the camera (which is fine! I just enjoy the work behind the scenes), it’s meaningful work that highlights and showcases the community, commentary, and ultimately what they love. Turning off the cameras is bittersweet, because it’s truly a wrap. The experience is so hard to describe in writing, but I literally feel like I’m hanging out with my friends doing what we all love and you see the emotions, passion, and everything in-between.
I have dreams and ambitions of putting on a production just as amazing as other TCGs and bringing it to Disney Lorcana, in whatever capacity that may be; locals all the way up to where the opportunities present themselves.
Navigating through burnout is such a complex thing. When the fire of a passion dwindles down, you tend to have moments of reflection. What am I doing, why am I here now, and is what I’m doing making any sense?
Check in on yourself. Re-align. Do what makes sense for yourself.
Ended the day 3-4. Wish it was better, but seeing the entire Triad team @HazedTCG @HectorHerasTCG @SplooshMcgoo and @dcrowdev make top cut/day 2 in person was amazing. South Florida coming in hot!
