I’ve just realised that if we hadn’t signed Rulli for £4M in the summer of 2016 and sold him again in January 2017, we wouldn’t have been able to sign him for £1.7M in 2026 and he wouldn’t have been able to save two penalties tonight and send us through to the Quarter Finals. Brighton must feel unbelievably cheated and rightly so. I don’t think this trophy will feel real if we go on to win it…
