Great training isn’t just drills.
It’s the environment, the energy, and the standard. 🔥
That’s the difference at Heisler Hitting.

Always late? Check what happens BEFORE you swing. ⚾️
READY: Find your rhythm.
SET: Be loaded at release.
GO: Read it and let it fly.
Set doesn’t mean freeze. Keep your flow so you can react.
Repost for a hitter who’s fighting their timing. 🔁

If you shift FIRST and rotate SECOND, you’re making yourself late. ⚾️
Halfbat 2.0 + up-close machine to train launch quickness.
60/40 feel. Front heel down, back heel peels off. Rotate BEHIND the ball.
Are you ready to fire when you land?
Bookmark for your next cage session. 🔥 @theEastonC00K

Had a fun weekend @hoovermetplex. Had 4 hits and a couple good swings for outs. Got to hop on the mound and throw 4.0 innings of solid work. Also was blessed to go 4-0 as a team on the weekend. Can’t wait for the season!

OUT FRONT doesn’t mean OUT OF POSTURE.
The best breaking ball hitters hold their angles and stay long through contact.
Catch it out front without pulling off. Give the barrel room to work. Hit THROUGH the spin.
Hold your posture. Do damage. 🔥

Coaches, your impact goes beyond the field.
Jennifer and I helped Josh launch his Bravenly business in Illinois. He invests in players, on and off the field, including how they fuel their bodies.
Passion needs action. Coaches, DM “IMPACT” to learn how to get involved.

Huge congratulations on being selected for the prestigious Alabama/Mississippi All-Star Game, too.

The power surge continues for Carter Johnson!
After hitting 14 of his 18 career homers this MiLB season, the @Marlins prospect tacks on his first of the Fall. Johnson’s homer travels 429 feet (105.3 MPH) and extends the Glendale lead.

Your backside is the engine. Your front side is the steering.
Split your body in half. Know each side’s job.
Yank open or push forward, and you lose room behind the ball.
Create depth. Own it. Turn the barrel.

Behind it and refusing to pull off. Been studying Bauers lately, and he’s quickly become one of my favorite hitters to watch. Maintains his hinge and spacing so well.
Almost walked away from baseball. Now look at him. 🔥

Best Coach around 🔥 @AdamHeis6
Dragging the barrel? A bunt-to-first-base feel can help you understand how to deliver it out front.
Review the video. Find the feel. Take it into the swing. @EvanDaig2028
