People have rightly celebrated RBG's Olmstead decision, but I have always loved her concurring opinion in Tennessee v. Lane (it's even on the top of my disability law syllabus)!
Including individuals with disabilities among people who count in composing “We the People,” Congress understood in shaping the ADA, would sometimes require not blindfolded equality, but responsiveness to difference; not indifference, but accommodation.

@AdaptBoston Can we check out some of these ( Norwood Ma) street closings that they meet all ADA guidelines setting up outside public dining areas are great for community but not at the expense of violating other’s rights. No handicapped parking In Norwood.
