It has been 16 days and I still haven’t received a response from Roblox regarding the ban. My group holder account, Timetonotbelame (143992641), was terminated for “Inappropriate Content/Behavior” over a UGC asset texture (image).
My original appeal for the 7 days suspension was accepted. However, I believe a duplicate of the same item, which Roblox had previously approved, was later flagged by the automated system and deleted while I was still serving that suspension, leading to the termination.
My group, Khoisie (33060834), which I co-own with my partner @Snoopsie_ , remains locked. I respectfully ask for a careful review of my unresolved appeal and the termination so that my account and our group can be restored. I have been unable to access either for over half a month. Many creators are speaking up about this Roblox AI false ban wave to help those who have been affected. Yet, Roblox decided to respond with what honestly seems like a lie that everyone already knew.
I genuinely believe this ban wave has affected tens of thousands of accounts, if not more. On X alone, I’ve seen hundreds of posts from people asking for help or publicly calling Roblox out. And that’s just the people who are actually speaking up. Imagine how many others have been affected but haven’t said anything, especially younger users who don’t even know where to ask for help or how to get their voices heard. These are accounts that people spent so much real money and time on.
What’s odd is that no matter how many people speak up or call Roblox out, nothing seems to work. People are still banned, appeals are still getting rejected, and Roblox has yet to officially acknowledge the issue or explain what’s going on. It honestly feels like they’re just waiting for everyone to move on and forget about it. #ROBLOX #robloxbanwave #robloxdev #robloxugc
Roblox has also admitted that they use an automated system (AI) for moderation, which I honestly think is a huge problem. Even the smartest AI systems can make mistakes, and when you’re dealing with people’s accounts that they spent so much money and time on, you can’t just rely on AI to make those decisions without proper human review.
And even when a human reviews your appeal, it feels like one of two things happens:
A) They either don’t believe you and just straight up deny your appeal, regardless of the evidence you provide.
B) They don’t take the time to carefully review your evidence or read everything you have to say, especially if your appeal is long. I get that they have thousands of tickets to deal with everyday, but it truly feels like they’re more focused on getting through as many tickets as possible than actually looking into each case carefully.

Very disappointed with the way Roblox has been enforcing bans/terminations lately.
My account, SnoopsieUGC (6081562711), was wrongfully terminated for “Sexual Content”. Im assuming the AI mistook the pink bow for breasts, which is ridiculous.
I didn’t expect this to happen to me out of nowhere, even though I’ve seen hundreds of people experience false bans from Roblox’s automated system over the past few weeks and receive no support. The same thing also happened to my friend last month.

I’m still surprised that Roblox hasn’t fixed or even publicly addressed this issue. There have been countless posts on X and the DevForum about it, and it has been happening for at least 2–3 months now, yet Roblox still hasn’t taken any action.
Roblox Support has also been completely useless. You either would get ignored or most of the responses seem to be automated, copy & paste messages rather than genuine attempts to carefully review each ticket. I’m honestly very confident that many support agents don’t even read most of what people say in their ticket. I understand that they probably receive thousands of tickets every day, but it feels like they’re more focused on getting through as many tickets as possible rather than thoroughly reviewing each case and the evidence provided. I’ve never seen a ban wave as bad as this one, especially since so many of the bans appear to be false, with users being banned for enforcement violations or child safety/endangerment when their actions have nothing to do with those reasons.

I’ve been seeing this happen to a lot of people, some of whom have been pleading on the devforums for months to get this issue resolved only to keep running into Roblox’s support bot constantly denying and ignoring them.
Deletion is scary as hell, and shouldn’t be used on regular people unless they’ve violated something super serious. Having no route to a proper human review is infuriating.

Roblox should consider undoing all bans from between August and Now.
Most Bans recently have been false and Appeals have been ignored within an instant.
I was banned on 30th of September and both my Appeals were not reviewed properly as they both got denied in seconds.
My UGC group, Khoisie (33060834), which I co-own with my partner @Snoopsie_ has been locked, and my holder account, "timetonotbelame" (143992641) has been terminated. This is most likely due to Roblox's AI moderation system.
A regular UGC item I uploaded was falsely deleted for 'Terrorism/Extremism', which I originally received a 7 day ban for. The item in question contained no such content, which is proven through the fact that other textures of our item are still up.
We appealed through Roblox Support (Ticket #182561594), and an agent agreed that we had not violated any rules. They stated that the item would be restored and the account would be unbanned within 3 business days.
3 business days had passed without the account being restored, so I replied to the ticket to follow up. A different agent replied and unexpectedly told us that after further review, the moderation would not be reversed. We decided to just wait it out, as the 7 day ban was about to expire the next morning. However later that night, the punishment was suddenly changed from a 7 day ban to a full account termination without any clear explanation. The new moderation reason being 'Inappropriate content/behavior'.
This situation is extremely confusing, because the Support team had previously told us that we had not violated any rules. Since then, we've submitted countless support tickets, but we have received no further response. It's now been about 10 days since the original 7 day ban and about a week since we last received any meaningful response from Support.
All we are asking for is for this case to be carefully reviewed manually by an actual person. If any Roblox staff member or someone from the Developer Relations team sees this, we would greatly appreciate your help restoring our accounts and group. @Roblox @RobloxCreators #roblox #robloxdev #robloxdevs
