This week in Velo 🛠️
We’ve been improving wallet authentication, project collaboration, checkout routing, and the reliability of our Stellar infrastructure.
Here’s what changed across Velo 👇
Velo Console
🔐 Wallet sign-in now verifies ownership through a SEP-10-style signed challenge, without network fees.
👥 Project owners can grant editor or viewer access to Stellar addresses making team collaboration enabled inside Velo. We’ve also added clearer guidance for authentication errors.
Velo Pay & Settle
💳 Velo Pay now uses in-house Stellar checkout routing following the retirement of the PDAX integration.
🏦 A new Philippine payment provider integration is underway. Settlement is currently unavailable, while historical records remain accessible.
Gas Station & Developer Tools
⛽ Our landing page now highlights Gas Station fee sponsorship on Stellar Testnet, with an SDK example.
⚙️ SDK retries now respect the remaining request deadline, making timeout behavior more predictable.
Backend & Experience
📡 Contract event polling now detects ledger history gaps and resumes within the available history window.
🛠️ Payments and settlement pages gained maintenance controls. We also refreshed landing page navigation and highlighted our SDF Instawards recognition.
