Imagine if Russell Brand were Muslim. Everyone on here would be calling him a "Muslim rapist."
So why is no one calling him a "Christian rapist?"

Tim Snyder on billionaires leaving the US if taxed: "If they're not paying taxes anyway, it doesn't matter, right? Let them go plague some other country... if they're not going to pay taxes here, let them not pay taxes somewhere else, because it is actually no loss."

Kenneth Copeland is a preacher reportedly worth up to $760 million. He owns three private jets, and he says regular passengers are the reason he can’t fly commercial.
In the video below, a reporter catches him in his car and asks him about it.
In an old video with another preacher, Copeland explained why he won’t fly with ordinary people. He said he didn’t want to get into “a long tube with a bunch of demons.”
His ministry’s 1,500-acre campus near Dallas–Fort Worth has its own airstrip and hangar. One of his jets is a Gulfstream he bought from Tyler Perry.
When Inside Edition asked how much he paid for it, he said that was none of her business. Then he denied ever calling people demons.
His followers are mostly ordinary people who send donations to his ministry. Most of them have never been on a private jet.
Would you still give money to a pastor who calls people like you demons, or would that be the moment you walk out?

Can supplements slow cognitive decline? I think a few show promise:
Omega-3s (EPA and DHA) - Important for neuronal membranes, brain function, and resolving inflammation. Higher omega-3 levels are associated with lower dementia risk.
Multivitamins - Daily multivitamins improved cognition in older adults in the COSMOS trials, with benefits equivalent to roughly 2 fewer years of global cognitive aging.
Vitamin D - Supplementation has been associated with a 40% lower dementia risk, while low vitamin D levels are linked to a 50 to 80% higher risk.
Creatine - 20 g/day for 8 weeks increased brain creatine by 11% and improved several cognitive measures in a small Alzheimer's pilot study. This one is promising, but preliminary.
Sulforaphane - Increases glutathione levels in the brain. Early trials also suggest cognitive benefits.
Exogenous ketones - Provide an alternative fuel for the brain, potentially compensating for impaired glucose metabolism in people with cognitive impairment.
None of these is proven to prevent dementia, but they represent promising approaches to supporting brain health through nutrition, energy metabolism, and inflammation regulation.
And remember, supplements should complement (not replace) the fundamentals like exercise, sleep, and metabolic health!

Vigorous exercise produces a surge of lactate, a brain fuel and signaling molecule that supports memory, learning, and neuroplasticity
Once in the brain, lactate helps stimulate brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), a growth factor that promotes neuron survival and strengthens connections between brain cells
Even brief efforts can trigger a substantial response: Six minutes of intense cycling intervals increased circulating BDNF 4–5 times more than prolonged light cycling in a small human study

All men who dehumanise others because of their skin colour or religion.
The very people they direct their hatred towards have endured unimaginable conditions, far worse than prison and are simply seeking a way out.
These hateful, racist bigots deserve no sympathy, EVER.
