This is not Stardew, but just us tracking our AI agents for the company, just with a little twist 🍃
@ElzigAstraOS always working overtime to make sure the company is efficient AND fun!
Underrated founder upgrade: a real place to work.
I truly didn’t realize how scattered my focus was until I had one. Don’t underestimate the power of good natural light and a room that’s just for work!
I can officially say that I am an office girly.

How to cheat on Framer and pay $0 for your website using Openclaw and Claude.
Our Framer subscription expired. instead of renewing we were like..."do we even need this anymore?"
spoiler: we didn't.
1. I republished on framer's free tier just to get access back, then used "framer to html exporter" to rip the full site code. ( framer-to-html-exporter.verc… )
2. Sent the zip to our claude agent aka Claudio. told it to deploy it on vercel, account that we already created prior to this.
live in 2 minutes. all pages. responsive. custom domain. every animation and hover effect still works.
3. Told the agent to change the hero title to test if I could use him as a CMS, sort of.
it rewrote the code, redeployed. title changed.
...for about half a second. then framer's javascript hydrated and overwrote it back lol
4. Took another 5 min to figure out a hack to force the change post-hydration. ugly? yes. did it work? also yes.
so now our AI agent is technically our CMS. we message it, it edits, it deploys.
only thing you actually lose: the visual editor. that's it. everything else ships as-is.
Is it the cleanest setup? no.
Are we rebuilding properly in next.js with a real CMS? OH YES.
but if your framer bill is due and you're wondering if you still need it , answer is, you probably don't.
Tools: framer free tier → framer to html exporter → claude → vercel

One thing I do before or after work is calisthenics and I do watch a lot of YouTube content for it.
Every time I come across a channel of a fit woman sharing her training and eating habits, the comments are flooded with hate, mostly women to be honest.
Tells me everything about how people with no discipline cope, just by raging on people that actually have the discipline to make it happen, also an observation I do when I tell people about the company I co-founded with my partner in life.
Everyone can do it, but not everybody will, and facing the truth is like looking in the mirror, some people just can't.

First day at @Daoshub ,definitely inspired by the place + coffee is amazing
One thing that’s often overlooked when designing a landing page is the footer.
Most people treat it as a technical afterthought: legal links, socials, copyright, done. But in reality, the footer is still part of the narrative. It’s the last thing people see before they decide to leave, scroll back up, or take action.
By the time someone reaches the footer, they’ve already consumed your story. They’ve read your value proposition, scanned your features, maybe checked pricing or use cases. The footer isn’t an exit point but actually a moment of confirmation.
That’s why it matters how it looks, how it feels, and what it communicates.
I made an interesting observation few days ago, after two sales calls that actually went super smoothly.
We didn’t change the quality of our work. Same projects, same clients, same credentials as before. Nothing fundamentally different on that side.
What actually changed was the way we present ourselves. Few months ago, we got a big opportunity and decided to go all in with our deck, and really took it seriously, instead of just sending a Figma link.
We restructured the narrative, added short videos directly inside the deck, and integrated real testimonials from partners we’ve worked with. We also started explaining how the team operates, how projects are run, and what it actually feels like to work with us.
None of this changed the work itself but it truly changed the perception of the company.
Since then, the level of interest we get from potential clients is noticeably higher and getting on sales calls feels much more natural.
It reinforced something I think many creatives underestimate: quality alone isn’t enough. How you contextualize your work, how you communicate trust, and what proof you add around it matter just as much as the work itself.
3 years ago, we were taking any project that came our way.
Bootstrapped protocols.
Tiny budgets.
"Can you make it pop?" briefs.
Today, we work with Series A projects backed
by Tier-1 funds. 😎
The shift actually started when we stopped positioning ourselves as "designers."
Technical complexity → Visual trust.
That framing attracted a different type of founder.
Ones who understood that design is actually useful and has deep meaning.
The pricing followed naturally.
When you work with well-funded projects:
- Scope is clearer
- Decisions are faster
- They value expertise over hours
The real unlock? Referrals from the right circles.
One Tier-1 backed project leads to another.
Not because of our portfolio.
Because founders talk to founders.
Your reputation compounds faster than your case studies.
We're busier than ever and I realize I don't know enough talented designers.
If you're a graphic designer who thrives on versatility and actually cares about craft, I'd love to see your work.
Just want to know who's out there.
Drop your portfolio below or DM me.
One week into the @fabric_vc website redesign.
Client feedback: "not just the right direction- a really good direction."
Feels so good to be working with a great team, super relevant feedback and people that trust our design expertise ✅
Fun to see how most web3 brands pick one of three lanes
- neon techno futurism
- corporate fintech minimal,
- or full degen chaos
None of them actually express what these protocols do.
In 2026, let's change that.
COO Log - What we do this week at AstraOS!
• a bitcoin infrastructure company launch their new brand identity + prep their fundraise materials
• a crypto VC redesign their entire web presence from scratch
• getting founders ready to speak at Plan B
• potentially a new product design project launching this week? 👀
We might be far away from France, but having our cat Tobias with us in Dubai feels a little bit like home ✈️
Feeling grateful to be able to bring my bestfriend with us - really makes a big difference.
Monday.com has now some vibe coding app feature and we might use it for AstraOS.
I ditched Monday few months ago to simplify the client journey but it might actually be a great tool this time 🥳
Happy to hear from those who has feedback on it!
