It took me 13 years to figure out who I was after my last game.
9 years drifting.
Then 4 more building the system to get out.
Now I’m taking 2 former athletes through it, 1-on-1, for 12 weeks.
Here’s how it works:
When your sport ends, you don’t just lose a game.
You lose your team, your schedule, and the scoreboard that told you if you were winning.
That’s not weakness.
That’s the drift.
And almost nobody has a plan for it.
The 12 weeks follow the IMPACT Framework, one stage every two weeks:
Identity
Mastery
Purpose
Authenticity
Conviction
Triumph
Every week it’s you and me, 1-on-1.
A plan built around your life, not a template.
Reps between sessions.
A real scoreboard: your Drift Score on day one and at week 12.
Who it’s for: former college and pro athletes who know they’re capable of more than they’re living right now.
Who it’s not for: anyone who wants someone else to do the work.
Only 2 founding spots.
Founding rate in exchange for honest feedback and permission to share your story.
Reply “LEGEND” and I’ll reach out.
So apparently I'm living in a labor market where an MBA, an economics degree, a business degree, athletic discipline, and actual commercial judgment still need to be explained to someone whose primary qualification is forwarding résumés to a hiring manager.
So up to X now to do your thing.
Wrote out a list of the employers I’m willing to entertain.
**Non-Negotiable**
– post-economic leadership
– minimum $240K salary
– 9/80 schedule
– flexible schedule designed for adults, not schoolchildren
– fully remote with travel every other week
– full benefits from day one
– meaningful stock options, not “exposure” with a vesting cliff
– HR understands transferable skills
– hiring managers understand that business administration, economics, and an MBA are not “entry-level energy”
– appreciates that being an athlete is evidence of discipline, consistency, resilience, and performance under pressure
– values ADHD as a different operating system, not a character defect
– knows the difference between a skills gap and a recruiter’s inability to read a résumé
– can explain the role without saying “wear many hats”
**strongly preferred**
– profitable, or at least honest about the burn rate
– leadership that understands opportunity cost
– a compensation band that is actually connected to reality
– no six-round interview process for a job that pays in “potential”
– no unpaid take-home case study longer than the actual onboarding process
– no “we’re a family” culture
– no manager who thinks flexibility means answering Slack at 11:47 p.m.
I bring degrees athletic discipline, and an ADHD brain that can connect dots before the meeting starts.
I’m especially useful when a company needs to turn ambiguity into a plan, a plan into execution, and execution into revenue.
You bring a serious role, serious compensation, and an HR department that understands transferable skills.
I’m looking for a professional relationship with someone who is **post-economic, post-burnout, and post-pretending that underpaying educated people is a business strategy.**
If your organization is emotionally and financially prepared for that level of commitment, please submit your application.

This should make you angry.
This is Bonnie Pierce, a 38-year-old mother of three from St. Paul, Minnesota. Her house caught fire. She and two of her children escaped, then realized her toddler was still inside.
Bonnie went back in, found the child, but could not get out. She shielded the child with her body. She died from her burns. The child survived.
A GoFundMe for her family raised about $42,000.
By comparison, more than $1,000,000 was raised on GoFundMe for Lindsay Clancy, who was charged with killing her children.
It is a sad reflection of the society we have become.
RIP Bonnie.

This is exactly what I keep pointing out in these dead bedroom discussions.
As I see it, a hormonally healthy wife who cuts off sex has assumed the leadership role of the marriage in her mind and is asserting the primary leverage she has (withholding sex) short of divorce to force her husband to perform to a different standard than he currently is.
A husband who responds by improving his performance until he meets her standard so he can have sex with her again confirms her bid and position to lead the marriage. That then becomes the frame going forward - the “happy wife happy life” hell some men end up in.
How do I know this?
Because honest women tell us, coupled with wives who exist that seek to inspire the best in their husbands within their role by making themselves as desirable as possible with free-flowing sex, versus those who attempt to usurp a husband’s leadership by controlling sex.
Honest people on this topic fully understand marriage is best with mutual investment by a husband and wife giving their best in their respective roles - not a stand off with one spouse holding their best until they are given their best by the other spouse.
I used the hormonally healthy qualifier because in those unhealthy cases it can go deeper than a simple bid for leadership.
The husband’s response should still be the same though - lead the wife where he wants her to be, rather than her leading him.
This would include directing and equipping her to get her hormones checked, with expectations to lose weight, eat purposefully, exercise, etc., to correct them if she is not yet at the age to need HRT. -R

We talk about toxic masculinity and toxic femininity…
But the real toxicity is:
“If I’m not getting what I want, I’m out.”
This is the problem in relationships today:
Everyone thinks the other person is there to meet THEIR needs.👎🏻
If your mindset is: “you do your part, I do mine.”
Sorry to break it to ya’ but that’s not love
that’s a transaction.
And transactions kill attraction.
Now it’s just two people in a partnership
a business arrangement.
The only relationships that thrive with passion are the ones where both people are all-in, not keeping score, just committed to making it work and never giving up on each other.

We need to stop treating money as the main measure of a man’s value.
If we teach women that a man is valuable because of what he brings home, they will also believe that earning a paycheck automatically makes them more valuable than a man who earns less.
It’s a domino effect.
What we teach women is what they will prioritize and value.
It’s the same with fathers who tell their daughters they must marry a doctor or a lawyer.
That places value solely on income, and then we’re confused why women think making a paycheck automatically makes them “better” than a man who earns less.
We are repeating history because we are not able to connect the dots
A man is more than his paycheck.
We need to look at the whole picture, not just monetary means.
Replying to @GiaMMacool
Also not to mention, strong husbands keep thinking/implementing future planning - Investing Bitcoin, starting business, low time preference and raising higher stakes to provide family a better life 🔥
In today’s world 100K (weak men) VS 2-5 million makes a huge difference to family 🔥

“Sexual needs” is a psyop to keep men weak and repulsive to women. Men don’t have sexual needs for women to fill. The filling goes the other way. Men have sexual desires to express and a sexual drive to unleash.
Sacrifice sexual neediness and gain sexual power!
This is exactly right. Also there are times when you show up at the gym and all you can muster is half ass effort but that day that was 💯 what you could give.
In happens in relationships as well and it pays to have a partner that is 💯 invested and can recognize that and say I've got you today. Thanks for showing up what you could.
"‘Relationships should be easy’ is just as misleading as a personal trainer saying workouts get easier over time.
The truth? There will be easy days and hard days, nothing stays the same.
In the gym, if you’re pushing yourself, adding weight, and stepping out of your comfort zone, some days will be tough.
Marriage is no different.
Over time, life will throw challenges your way:
Job loss
New baby
A big move
Growth always comes with discomfort.
Be careful with catchy phrases like ‘relationships should be easy’
they don’t help anyone when real life kicks in.
Actually @CameronNewton everyone wants to see those teams and how it all rolls out and not a 9-3 Bama team that lost to Vandy and couldn't get to their conference championship
