A Black Market Dawgz sticker will fly aboard an upcoming SpaceForest rocket through Copernic Space as a Real-World Space Asset. Certified copies connected to the mission will also be made available to help raise funds for veteran initiatives, including programs supporting service animals for veterans. We’re unveiling the initiative today from the Sally Ride statue at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. @DesireeHill19 is also partnering with Copernic Space and the Lady Rocket Foundation on veteran initiatives, bringing her background in federal healthcare, veteran programs, and AI literacy into what we are building. Veterans are already part of the Copernic Space investor and community base. Now we want to use real missions to create new ways to support them and bring more veterans into the space economy. We will present a vision for a California Space Economic Zone, with Copernic Space as the layer connecting space commerce, capital, assets, infrastructure, and private investment around one of America’s most important space hubs.

We are excited to welcome Brennan Plaetzer to Copernic Space as Chief Capital Officer. Copernic Space is pioneering the financial market for space assets, building the infrastructure needed to turn the rapidly growing space economy into an accessible and investable asset class. The space industry is creating assets, rights, services, and revenue streams across missions, satellites, payload capacity, orbital compute, data, communications, and future space infrastructure. Brennan joins Copernic Space to help build and scale that missing layer. As Chief Capital Officer, he will lead the development of our financial operating system, capital strategy, structured financing capabilities, institutional relationships, and repeatable investment models for Real-World Space Assets and Financial Space Assets. His experience at the intersection of capital formation, asset structuring, and institutional market development will be central as Copernic Space expands the market we have pioneered. The company has already demonstrated the model through real missions, including the commercialization of assets connected to a lunar mission that generated revenue and delivered returns to participants. We have also completed sold-out offerings connected to reusable rockets and built a growing pipeline across lunar missions, satellite data, orbital compute, payloads, and other emerging space asset categories. Many people associate Copernic Space with tokenization. Tokenization is one technology. Capital markets are an entire ecosystem, and that is what we are building. Brennan’s appointment marks an important step as Copernic Space moves from proving this new market to scaling the capital markets infrastructure behind it.
