No she did not. She waited only reporting rape after word of her being a whore spread.
She then told police she was raped becuase she had sex while drunk admiting she consented, was conscious, and took the drugs and alcohol freely. So reported rape but didn’t detail it.

They’re always perfectly successful at murdering their children but can’t seem to figure out how to kill themselves.
Weird how that works.

You can always count on a nurse to appeal to their false authority & go way beyond the limits of their own expertise.

The judge in the Clancy case needs to hold contempt of court hearings for the nurse jurors who reportedly ignored expert witness testimony and brought in external information (who could possibly understand the information without an external background lecture from nurses on the jury), rather than relying on expert witness testimony, and then used that to attempt to bully a juror into agreeing with them.

The juror here says she went into deliberations thinking Clancy was guilty but switched to not guilty because it was “the only way Lindsay would get the help she needs.” She’s openly admitting she disregarded the law. Jurors are not supposed to be making decisions based on those kinds of calculations. They were there to judge whether Clancy was guilty or not. Period. Their job was not the ensure the Clancy “gets the help she needs.” What a farce.
Spoke with a deliberating juror from Lindsay Clancy’s trial today on the condition of anonymity. She was one of the youngest deliberating jurors. youtu.be/gD7bYp-GOIE?si=Y2rD…

The Lindsay Clancy case has pretty much guaranteed we won’t have a female President in my lifetime.

With all the division over the Lindsay Clancy case, it is interesting that there hasn’t been much discussion over what appears to be a key cause of what will surely be a hung jury…
There seems to be a burden of proof problem. People seem to think that it is the prosecution’s burden to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she was NOT insane. This is absurd. In a case where physical guilt is not in question, the insanity defense clearly needs to put that burden on the defense to prove that she WAS insane. Otherwise, why wouldn’t every murder defendant claim insanity?!
🚨 Jurors in the Lindsay Clancy murder case say they’re deadlocked after 18 hours of deliberations — but the judge isn’t ready to call it quits.

While the vast majority of U.S. states place the burden on the defendant to prove insanity, a small minority—including Massachusetts—require the prosecution to prove the defendant's sanity beyond a reasonable doubt once the issue is raised. mhanational.org/position-state…

Low tier WR 1…
Packers literally extended 2 WRs in the last year and let Doubs walk. They didn’t even view him as a #2 let alone a #1.
