Sex Discrimination Commissioner Anna Cody told Senate estimates that the Australian Human Rights Commission interprets Section 7AA of the Sex Discrimination Act as protecting biological males who induce lactation.
Under direct questioning from Liberal Senator Leah Blyth, Dr Cody admitted the Commission did not seek a single piece of medical advice before inserting male induced lactation into its Balancing Act report.
Dr Cody says every Australian employer must provide lactation breaks and breastfeeding facilities to biological males undergoing extreme off label drug regimens to produce milk, involving high dose oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone blockers, and domperidone, a gut medication carrying severe heart risk warnings.
The Coalition is playing a double game with voters. While federal Liberals go on the attack in Canberra, Victorian Labor lite Liberal Leader Jess Wilson hides her actual policy stance.

Restore the biological meaning of WOMAN and MAN in the SEX Discrimination Act.
In Senate Estimates yesterday, Anna Cody @AusHumanRights asked @SenatorCash to clarify that when she says “biological man identifying as a woman,” does she mean a “trans woman”?
Cash replied that a biological man identifying as a woman is exactly that! 🙌
Every “trans woman” is a man. This reality must be made clear for the protection of women. Cody is demanding we stop describing biological reality so a group of men known as “trans women” can be treated as women under law, with zero regard for the safety, privacy and dignity of actual women who want female-only spaces.
Woman must mean adult human female in the Act. Our sex-based language must be returned in legislation and law. Without that, women and girls have no reliable legal right to single-sex spaces, services, sport or prisons. Objecting becomes discrimination. Our boundaries and CONSENT given away in law. 🙅♀️🙅♀️

I didn’t think much of it because I assumed it was probably my family congratulating me. But when I checked, I realised it was a message from Lionel Messi himself.

Honestly, reading those words made me emotional. We’re talking about Lionel Messi, the greatest player of all time, taking the time to personally congratulate me on winning football’s biggest individual award. I don’t think people understand how much that means to me.
Reporter: What was your response to him?
Harry Kane: I told him how much his message meant to me and thanked him for taking the time to send it.
I told him I would cherish those words forever because, honestly, it felt like receiving another special individual award.

Michael Knowles: What’s so hard for me to understand is the idea of choosing a fetish over your family.
You have a choice: live up to your marriage vows, be a husband to your wife and a father to your children, or indulge a fantasy by putting on a dress.
To think that someone would choose that over their wife, children, and family obligations, and then be celebrated for it, is difficult to understand.
Tracy Shannon: In our case, it destroyed the family and wrecked the marriage. We had to leave our family home. I’d been a stay-at-home mom for 10 years, had no job, and had homeschooled my children.
We ended up homeless, and I had to live with my parents for a couple of years while I got back on my feet financially. The court initially ordered him to pay just $500 a month in child support for three children.
It’s insulting to the family that society thinks this is okay because children are supposedly resilient.
Michael Knowles: If I never heard that phrase again, it would be too soon. It’s used to justify child abuse. People say, “Don’t worry, kids are resilient,” even when their parents are fighting and their education is being neglected.
Tracy Shannon: They’re not that resilient. My children have faced really difficult consequences. They might look like they’re doing fine, but it’s been a long journey.
Michael Knowles: How old are they now?
Tracy Shannon: They’re all over 18. My youngest with him is 19, and I also have a 20-year-old and a 24-year-old.
Between the three of them, there have been six suicide attempts of varying seriousness, and one child was hospitalized for an extended period.
People who disagree with me would say this happened because I didn’t accept their ideology. In fact, his lawyers wanted me to take the children for what they called re-education when we were divorcing.
Michael Knowles: Who wanted that?
Tracy Shannon: His lawyers. I was also sued for full custody after the divorce because I objected to him having his partner spend the night with my children. We had a morality clause in Texas that addressed this.
Michael Knowles: Hold on. This happened in Texas? The state supposedly considered the most conservative in the country?

It took 10yrs to get the ioc to protect women’s sport, a 3yr battle to get nurses able to change free from all males: we are winning, bringing back common sense, safeguarding & fairness. But it shouldn’t be this hard!
POLICY CHANGED: County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust has finally changed its staff changing-room policy after a three-year legal battle with the Darlington nurses in which female nurses were harassed and discriminated against for wanting a single-sex place to undress at work.
The Trust’s revised Uniform and Dress Code Policy now states:
“In accordance with UK Supreme Court ruling (2025), staff must use changing spaces according to their biological sex. Alternative unisex changing spaces are provided for staff who choose not to use an alternative facility.”
The change brings the Trust’s written policy into line with the law and the judgment secured by seven nurses at Darlington Memorial Hospital.
