There was an experiment done where they put an LED watch on someone and it flashed a number too fast for the person to read. Then they suspended them from a rope at height and dropped them randomly. The adrenaline slowed down their perception enough so they could read the watch. I always wondered if in our last moments like this, if our perception of time slows down and we experience much more than people think.

21 days in NYSC orientation camp made me understand that you can overcome any addiction whatsoever.. 21 Days without smoking was a really good therapy and detox for my mind and body. So I wish I never started smoking fr😂
