thinking about that time I went to a fair in 2022 and physically bumped into (like actually body checked) a friend who vanished from my life 3 years prior and we were able to reconnect and catch up because of this absurd coincidence of running into eachother (literally running)

I walked in on my dad watching some episode from s3 of tng when I was like 9 and started from that episode and it has been such a staple of my worldview since,, its a tad comedic the quality gap between s1/2 and 3 onward. God what a phenomenal work of art tng is

This is why I unironically advise people to start with S3 of TNG, tbh. Like there are maybe a handful of episodes from the first two seasons necessary viewing, but they are relatively few.

one time my friend and I were going to build a special adventure map for the stronghold in a minecraft realm with my friends and my ex's brother traveled like 46k blocks to find the closest stronghold we didn't destroy (manually btw!) and died to a knock back boat trap i 1/2

traveling another 46k+ blocks completely ruining the idea of the adventure map and killing the realm instantly. I probably should've just reset the boat trap. but now the rotting corpse of a really cool idea is still on my pc to this very day

some of the cool ass work my friend did AFTER the realm got ruined bc it was his passion project lowkey. he had such a wonderful vision and I did end up playing through a rough draft. It was so cool. the puzzles were sick. I wish it hadn't been ruined.
