Built a website yesterday to make site plans/setbacks for permits way easier. Instead of hand drawing everything to scale, you can upload a plat PDF or screenshot, set the scale with a couple pinpoints, then enter your house dimensions or upload the house plan PDF and it’ll size/place it for you. Thinking about turning it into a public website if other builders would use it. Let me know if you want access.

I fed GPT-6 Astra 9 crappy photos of my studio and it was able to understand the spatial arrangement, stitch them together and create a fully interactive 3D model of the space. Absurd. I'll link it below so you can check it out for yourself:

If we follow your orientation/sun set location, that shadow too will be wrong. This shadow can only be right if the sun is slightly NW, or building orientation is slightly facing SE/NW😑
