The best place to relax is near water.
After just 2 minutes of viewing water outdoors, blood pressure and heart rate drop. It's more calming to look at a lake, pool, or stream than trees or grass.
Beaches are popular for a reason. Wider bodies of water bring more tranquility.

Botum Sakor NP provides shelter for some of Asia’s most Critically Endangered wildlife
It was a privilege to learn from the team at Cardomom tented camp about their work to support the conservation efforts of the @WildlifeRescue rangers to tackle illegal logging & poaching
There is no denying that #HaLongBay is breathtakingly beautiful but it is heartbreaking to see it flooded with #plasticpollution
In just 10 minutes I counted 74 floating pieces of #plastic (on the @DebrisTracker app) of which most pieces were chunky pieces of #polystyrene 👎
NZ has the highest proportion of #endangered species of any other country in the world
LOVED learning all about how the incredible teams at #SLS, detection dogs of @docgovtnz & @BirdLife_SA are tackling invasive species to help native birds on #smallislands thrive & sing again – at Queenstown, Queenstown-Lakes District
