My next door neighbour in the mid-90’s. She was such a beautiful person. Always missed.
Happy heavenly birthday to Vicky Phelan. 🕊️🎂
Today, we remember one of Ireland’s strongest and most courageous women. Vicky gave an incredible service to the women of Ireland and future generations—a hero who refused to bow down to the state in silence after being failed, choosing instead to fight so that others would be protected.
Her bravery, truth, and legacy will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, Vicky. ❤️✨

Poor leaders hire ‘yes’ people who make them feel safe, not people who make the organization better. Overtime mediocrity becomes the norm.

🗣️ "I think at this age to be competitive and play for a cup and get a lot of games in a day is class, and to get the chance to play teams you probably wouldn’t play as well."
We caught up with Munster and Ireland scrum-half, Craig Casey, at last Sunday's 43rd Annual Pat Lawler Tournament hosted by @ulbohemianrfc 🏆
The Irish international shared his fond memories of the competition and what it means to his family 🏉
