System Restoration: MyRnB is Back Online.
Members can now access myRnB. Open Enrollment for the AlaskaCare Employee Health Plan and Voluntary Supplemental Benefits has been extended, it began on November 26 and will run through December 18, 2024, at 5 p.m. buff.ly/49i0NEL
On November 5, unusual activity was detected on the DRB server, resulting in a disruption of service. Investigation of the incident has revealed no indication of data loss. Learn more: buff.ly/3YEpaI1
The annual enrollment for Dental, Vision, and Audio (DVA) benefits for retirees is still ongoing! November 27, 2024, is the last day to make selections for the plan year starting January 1, 2025. buff.ly/4h5c6U6

The DRB is experiencing an outage with myRnB, affecting all applications, including AlaskaCare Employee Open Enrollment. We are working to restore access.
Due to this outage, the open enrollment period for both Employees and Retirees will be extended. Thank you.
