Mcveigh is giving Matthew knight vibes two years and essendon will be looking for a new coach again. Hopefully I'm wrong.

2 weeks go go still in the 1%. Sucks that I need to do that trade but at least we got some cover.

This decision is far more than just a football decision. As @RalphyHeraldSun outlines here, there are enormous economic implications for the club if they get this decision wrong.
We need the right person to realign the club with its members and fans, attract high-end playing talent and elite football department staff, get supporters back through the gates with genuine hope and belief, unite the entire club and its constituencies, and ultimately restore Essendon to where it belongs as an AFL powerhouse.
There is only one person who, in my view, has the ability to deliver all of that.
Every Bomber fan needs to watch this. 👊❤️🖤

I think essendon needs to get a priority pick? It's time for the afl to get involved.
