Even w/in demographic categories, students are motivated & discouraged by different things. Next step is engaging their mindsets. @HigherEdDive 1/2

If low-income students are less likely to complete apps, 1) reduce barriers & 2) support & engage based on mindsets. Because no two low-income students or students of color are the same!
