One idea I keep coming back to from When in Doubt, Ask for More is the importance of asking others for big things to support the change we seek to bring to the world.​ In leadership and in our careers, we can spend a lot of time trying to figure things out on our own. But knowing when to ask for support—resources, responsibility, or an opportunity—can be just as important as knowing how to do it.​ The answer may be no.
