Wondering why @madedotcom showing the item I ordered in July, and yet to be dispatched, as available for dispatch in 3 days on their website. Hopefully an error rather than duping customers.

Listening to the radio in the car, I was utterly convinced that the announcer said that the next programme was: Cross Incontinence I was intrigued, but understood why those afflicted would be angry, and wanted to hear more. The actual show was Crossing Continents...

Teddy is sad, contemplating the strangeness of the times and how naughty some people are being.

When (work) buildings lock doors, especially accessible access doors, expecting people to use revolving doors, what is the position here with respect to disability rights? #accessibility

‘Ireland owes this country nothing’ @Bonn1eGreer says Britain cannot ‘shaft’ Ireland if they want a post Brexit trade agreement with the US. #bbcqt

After Dieter Rams, my favourite designer - I believe that he has done some amazing work during his time at Apple, reinforcing that design is absolutely a differentiator. bbc.co.uk/news/business-4879…

4-day working week: a really interesting idea. Personally I believe that it would be possible to maintain (and possibly increase) productivity levels with this approach. It’s something I’d love to test (with a control ideally!). theguardian.com/world/2019/m…

Thameslink’s new “Guess the Platform” and “Platform Dash” games! An initiative designed to try and distract customers from delays, terrible service and last minute cancellations. “Gamification” someone said to one of their executives! @TLRailUK @HPDCommuters @TLRailExcuses

Well done Jon Humphreys @BBCr4today! Whether accidental or intentional this made me laugh out loud: “Donal Trump, that incredible twit..ter!” (Ellipsis added by me for effect)

Just responded to a LinkedIn invitation to be a judge at a design awards thing. Turns out judges are expected to pay £299+VAT! Is this standard practice? Sounds like a scam, but perhaps it’s usual that on top of your time and expertise you also need to provide cash (+VAT)!

Hugely proud of the fantastic work done by the team on our latest social campaign - engaging, emotional and all about our customers. teapaw.org/TCAirlinesUK/status/95…
Roy helped us surprise his wife Anne with a personalised flight to Tenerife. We also kept a few surprises for Roy 😀 Watch the full video: facebook.com/Thomascookairli… #AircraftedForYou

It’s futile trying to remove all seams from customers’ journey - instead focus on making crossing the seams as frictionless as possible.

Is using @Airbnb site secure? It seems not. What is worse is the lack of support - email only, over days! @AirbnbHelp can you do better?

Customer experience fail: allow the download of an eTicket for a cinema that doesn't have the tech for it! Expectation set and then failed

It's the little things that matter. Nice piece of service design at Heathrow Airport: European plug at the international gates.
