We’ve done it before and we’ll do it again.

The Tories have given up on East Worthing and Shoreham. They even called an election with no candidate here.
@tomrutland is ready to serve and bring about the change we need.

P&O - Service provision change = Tupe Transfer. They have made staff redundant and entered into a third party arrangement for the provision of staff. That on the face of it is a tupe transfer. I can’t see how they escape that liability.
If it is “unviable” unless you make 800 staff redundant, dismissing them in this way definitely makes it unviable as you are now open to 800 unfair dismissal claims, failure to inform and consult under TUPE, and an 8 week protective award claim for all 800 bbc.co.uk/news/business-6077…

Looking forward to getting out on the campaign trail in Worthing today to help get @vicki4labour elected.
A Labour win here would see the Tories lose control of the council.
It’s voting time! Byju and I are GO! Just off to the polling station this morning for the Marine Ward by-election. Every #Labour vote counts to help Marine Ward & #Worthing ❤🌹
