A lot of attention being paid to #PaidLeave this morning, and rightly so, but there is another once-in-a-generation benefit on the chopping block: dental coverage for seniors.
Contributing to the challenge is a rift among dentist groups over who should receive it.
Advocates see a once-in-a-generation opportunity to add dental coverage for seniors, but one question divides them: How many of the more than 60 million Americans on #Medicare should receive it?

On Monday morning after rounds, I felt like I got stabbed in the pelvis with a samurai sword. I was quickly diagnosed with a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and rushed to surgery. They drained 750cc of blood from my pelvis and stopped the hemorrhage. Here are my reflections:

Communication is the most challenging procedure. It requires continuous, deliberate practice, like all the other surgical skills.

I'm curious about the continued use of "pro-Trump demonstrators" or "protesters." When it happens in other places, stopping a democratic process by force is referred to as terrorism or insurgency.
