EdgeX vs. Lighter: the numbers back you. EdgeX did about $19.8 billion in perp volume over the past 30 days and has topped $1.1 trillion cumulative, while Lighter's volume fell almost 80% from its November peak. When a token is down 79% but the business keeps printing, that's either a value gap or a warning. The buybacks suggest value. $edge $lit

Dems took the Senate. Warren likely gets the Banking gavel. Don't panic. A chair is a building inspector, not a wrecking crew. She can stall bills and hold hearings. She can't bulldoze what's built to code. Built to code: $BTC, $ETH, $CC Most exposed: DeFi & privacy. This changes my outlook on $AAVE $PENDLE $ZEC.

Most projects try to frame the house before the slab cures. @edgeX_exchange went foundation first: real volume, real fees, deep liquidity. Then the token. Now EDGE Chain. I like how this one's being built. $EDGE

Operating cash that keeps earning through Sunday. @Uber's first-ever pilot ran on Canton, a public network, using @HSBC tokenized deposits and a @FranklnTempletn tokenized money market fund.
Let me explain why this matters. Every company has "operating cashflow" as part of their regular business operations. As a result of the friction of money, that number is usually significantly higher than it should be. It also gets bigger ahead of the the off hours to allow the company to drive operations during those hours. If you can move from cash to yield products in realtime 24/7, it means you can squeeze much more yield from your balance sheet. The magic is for a real company to do this with privacy as public companies don't want the whole world to see their treasury activity. @Uber is as complex as it gets from a size and complexity. I'm very excited to be their partner on this and excited to see how we scale this with them and with other companies as well.

DTCC is bringing the world's securities infrastructure on-chain. But tokenization is only the beginning. These assets need markets, liquidity, margin and credit to become truly productive. The next era of capital markets is taking shape.

Nearly every major chain runs on cryptography that will eventually expire. Quantus $QTC is betting on what comes after it. Here's the bull case You can't add rebar to a slab after it's poured. Bitcoin and Ethereum have to retrofit, and every coin holder must move their assets to post-quantum addresses. Quantus poured the rebar first: only post-quantum address types from the start. The stack: a custom PoW engine, ML-DSA signatures and ML-KEM network encryption, plus ZK aggregation to offset the large signature sizes that normally make post-quantum chains inefficient. Privacy by default via ZK proofs. It follows Bitcoin's monetary playbook. 21M max supply. 27% minted at genesis, and the other 73% can only be obtained by mining. No smart contracts and no token games. Miners showed up. Over 7,000 GPUs started mining the moment mainnet went live. By week three, hashrate hit 24 TH/s and the estimated cost to mine one QTC was $45 to $80. Today's ~$75 sits right at the cost of production Distribution without a CEX. On NEAR Intents you can swap into QTC from 180+ assets across 30+ chains, confidential by default, and wallets and apps can offer QTC without building Quantus-specific infrastructure. It's still small. Circulating supply is 293K of 21M. Audits came from Eiger, Neodyme and Hashcloak, plus an Immunefi competition. Team and investors' 23% is locked for a year, then vests over 36 months. The asymmetry: if Q-Day stays a decade out, this is a niche PoW coin. If quantum timelines compress, pre-migrated money becomes the lifeboat, and there are only 21M seats. What breaks it: a flaw in ML-DSA, thin liquidity, and supply overhang. The treasury sent 199,950 QTC to one wallet on Oct 5. Size accordingly. $QTC $BTC $ZEC $ORE

To put this in perspective: DTCC is the backbone of Wall Street. The numbers are insane, they processed $3.7 quadrillion in 2024. For context, the global GDP is just $125 trillion.

Curated credit is coming to Canton.
The New York Stock Exchange (@NYSE) says it's "leading the industry toward fully on-chain solutions." Onchain is step one. The real unlock is borrowing against it. Isolated markets. Curated vaults. Private by default on @CantonNetwork. Curated credit is coming to Canton.

Thanks for helping bring the best out in the @CantonNetwork community. @malekanoms.
Posts like this make it quite clear that canton-network:native is consuming growing space rent-free in the minds of some. What could they be worried about… the possibility that Canton becomes the primary settlement layer for traditional finance? Your leader @VitalikButerin told you guys that ethereum:native was never built to go after that. Why so much FUD?

Came across Tenzro $TNZO a project exploring how AI agents can use blockchain networks for things like payments, compute, and coordination, with a stated path to Canton. canton-network:native I haven’t confirmed a token listing, and I’m not assuming one is coming. Just putting it on the radar for anyone following AI agents and tokenized finance. More info: tenzro.com/

Cashen has built a fundamental piece of Canton’s institutional infrastructure. 500M CC locked in four months reflects real demand for a credit layer that lets participants satisfy their locking requirements without tying up their own capital. This mechanism also aids the market in determining a risk-free rate in the Canton ecosystem (without a central bank). Congratulations to the team!
500M+ CC now locked on Cashen. Over $60 million USD at current prices. From launch in June to half a billion CC in four months. The curve has not flattened. The Canton Coin market lives here, on @CantonNetwork.

Watching people squirm over what Canton is becoming is quite amusing. I believe $CC is the closest to a chain that is capable of delivering what we have all been waiting for. Most blockchains say they're open to anyone. But look at who gets to secure them. On some networks, the gate is capital. Stake enough tokens and you're in. On others, it's permission. Find a sponsor on the inside to say yes. One filters by wallet. The other filters by connections. Neither asks the question that matters most: what do you bring to the table? I do believe DA built Canton Network with this in mind. Every good crew I've been part of was built differently. You earned your spot by doing the work. Then the people who worked beside you vouched for you on the next job. That's the model I'd like to see more of in this space: → Proof of contribution to get in the door. Ship code, write documentation, help another builder.
→ Peer vouching to earn trust. The people who've seen your work speak for it. One caution: unity can't mean everyone thinks alike. The strongest teams agree on the mission and still argue about the method. Vouching has to make room for the person who challenges the group, not just the one who fits in. Tech is the build. A unified team is the crew that builds it. The more unified the crew, the faster we move forward. Canton Network is the Network of Networks. $CC, $ETH, $SOL, $NEAR

DRW and Marex executing an OTC swap tied to a tokenized S&P benchmark through Derivnex. Not just putting data on-chain using it in an institutional financial transaction. This is a serious step from vision to real-world use. Bullish on Canton’s direction. $CC
Can someone please research how big the uncleared swaps market is? What’s really cool about this project is that swaps are multi-year contracts requiring daily maintenance. When it all happens on-chain, there’s no need to reconcile. Money gets returned faster, which is more efficient. Expect more firms to join soon and on-chain volumes to increase. This is super exciting. Thank you to the great partners who made this possible: @SPGlobal @KaikoData @MarexGlobal @DRWTrading @CantonNetwork canton-network:native press.spglobal.com/2026-10-1…
