This is the 2nd version of the design, which one looks better?
One of my old works on re-designing Harmony AI The goal was to make it feel premium to better attract their target ICP

Designing testimonials section for Plait I always advise founders to get at least 1 or 3 testimonials to show, a lot of serious users/buyers always go to this section to verify what others are saying about your product.

Me trying to record my youtube videos for founders 😌
Your landing page will either break brand trust or strengthen it. I audited 5 AI startup landing pages and 4 of them are breaking it, all for the same reason... In this video I explained: - The psychology behind each page - Understand what attracts users - How to stand out from your competitors

I audited @Steve_rahimi Pango YC S26 landing page In Summary: - Clean design and a solid logo, it already looks like a real company - But the headline could belong to any shipping app. AfterShip, Loop and Narvar all say “autopilot” too - Sub-headline also feels quite generic and doesn't make them standout amongst their competitors The thing is, Pango actually has a differentiator against their competitors. Simply fix the messaging and you’ll see a rise in demos booked. Which startup should I audit next? 👀
I audited @olivercingl MyFriend landing page In Summary: - Great headline, you instantly know who it's for - Warm colors that actually suit the audience - But it never explains the why. No problem, no benefits, no demo The video demo is great, it drives traffic to your page and once these are fixed, you'll see more signups for sure! Which startup should I audit next? 👀

I closed my first $3k client at literally less than 100 followers and all I did was reach out to people Sometimes you really can just do things
Jia Jiang is famous for trying to get rejected as much as possible for 100 days, and he mostly learned it's harder than you think to get rejected Things he tried: -Asking a stranger to borrow $100 -Asking for a "burger refill" at Five Guys -Asking to speak over the Costco intercom -Asking for Olympic ring-shaped donuts at Dunkin -Asking to plant flowers in a stranger's yard -Asking to ride in a police car -Asking to take a video of him playing soccer in someone's yard In most cases even if people said no they still at least tried to help him in some way, because the "no" was mostly about concrete constraints Rejection is rarer and typically far more gentle than you're expecting (CC: @JiaJiang)
